for Nonprofit & Healthcare Organizations in Transition.
Whether your organization needs a steady hand for a season or a long-term thought partner, G. Lee Resources offers experienced, hands-on support, grounded in decades of nonprofit executive leadership.
Organizations in transition need more than a placeholder. They need someone who can assess quickly and lead effectively. Drawing on decades of nonprofit leadership at the executive level, I step into a position to evaluate its needs, review the board's program standards, and listen closely to staff before crafting solutions. From there, I help train and mentor the incoming leader, so the transition strengthens the organization rather than stalling it.
Many boards struggle to find their collective voice, or to know how to interpret and act on the information presented at meetings. I offer facilitated sessions designed to help board members better understand their roles, ask questions they may hesitate to raise in a formal meeting, and recognize the distinct value each of them brings to the table.
Securing federal grants from DoD, NIH, HHS, and other agencies is only the first step. Tracking, reporting, and maintaining required standard operating procedures before and after funds are accepted is where many organizations run into trouble. I help resolve existing compliance issues and mentor leadership through the process, so funding becomes an asset, not a liability.
G. Lee Resources offers both short-term, project-based engagements and longer-term advisory relationships, tailored to what your organization needs right now.
